Become a Sponsor of the

Mosaic Pavement at King George Hall Calgary

The Board of King George Masonic Temple Inc. sold the building on Osborne Crescent Calgary in April of 2018. A new location was purchased at 46 Avenue SE to be the the new location of King George Lodge #59 and our other tenants. Feature Floor Pattern

When King George Lodge purchased the first building in Kensington back in 1926 there was a strong feeling from the brethren that a Lodge building should be situated north of the river. They began raising funds and with the help of the Brethren and their wives who would raise money by bake sales, and this major undertaking was embraced by all the members of the lodge.

To commemorate the auspicious occasion of a new Masonic home in Calgary covering the South East of the City we have decided to allow sponsorship of the Mosaic Pavement. This sponsorship is open to all freemasons, their families and lodges. The tile floor will be composed of black and white tiles with the Star in the West.

To become a sponsor of a tile you will need to go here and select the colour and type of tile you would like to sponsor, fill in the required information and make the payment when requested. Your tile will be acknowledged and commemorated on a wall plaque for all to see. The tile can have your name or lodge name and number engraved as an historical record. The list of sponsors and location of their tiles will be listed on a prominent wall as you enter the new building.

There are three levels of sponsorship. $550 for a tile in the star. $250 for a full tile and $150 for a half tile. KGMT Inc. is a registered charity and therefore a portion of the sponsorship will be eligible for a charitable receipt.

Thank you for your support.
